Each user of the Nordchange exchange service, before creating an application, needs to check the reserve of the currency desired to be received by the User. If it so happened that the reserve is not enough, then the User needs to write in the online chat on the service a request to replenish the reserve of the required currency. As soon as the reserve is replenished, you can create an exchange request.
