Questions and answers

What is confirmation in the Blockchain network?

Whenever a User creates a transaction, it is cryptographically signed and sent to the network, waiting for the miner to validate it and add it to the blockchain. Bitcoin confirmations are blocks that miners add to the chain.

When a transaction is sent to the network from a wallet, it is not executed immediately. First, she enters the mempool, where she is considered to be waiting. Miners enter the pool and select transactions to be included in the next blockchain block. Each of them uses its own criteria. The transaction included in the block is removed from the mempool and is considered confirmed.

How long will my application be processed?

Usually, the time required by the service to process the application takes from 5 to 15 minutes. Further, the system waits for the receipt of funds from the User. As soon as the funds are received, the system initiates the payment to the details specified by the User in the application. The time of receipt of funds by the User depends on many criteria that the service cannot influence. For example, the average speed of transactions in the Bitcoin network is 78 minutes, and in the Ripple network it is 4 seconds.

What if the exchange request is deleted?

It happens that the User did not have time to pay for the application within the time frame set by the service. The system, in such cases, deletes the application automatically. If payment is received after the end of the allotted time for payment, the application can be recalculated at the current rate. You need to contact the service support service to clarify the status of the application and inform about the delay in payment.

How to know the status of an application?

Information on orders is available in the User's Personal Account on the " Transaction History " tab. For unregistered Users, information about the application is sent to the email address specified when creating the application.
